Course: The course for the 5K and 10K offer a flat, fast course for this timed event.
Age Groups and Awards: Run to Fight Children's Cancer is a chip timed race. Results are typically available online within one hour after the start of each race and are also displayed on monitors located at the Timing Booth in the festival area. Everyone medals at Run to Fight Children's Cancer! Finisher medals are handed out at the conclusion of both races by our wonderful volunteers. Be sure you receive yours at the finish line.
Highlights: Run to Fight Children's Cancer is an event to both celebrate survivorship and honor those who have passed away. We welcome participants of all ages and all levels including elite runners, joggers, and walkers. All are invited to cheer on our amazing superheroes and their families participating in the Cancer Hero Walk. Event includes music and activities from Just Energy Entertainment, Art's and Crafts, Cancer Hero Experience, and a wonderful Vendor Fair!
