Description
This 5k Run or 5k Walk is open to the general public and held annually in July each year. Participants run or walk a course that begins in picturesque downtown East Tawas and winds its way through residential streets then finishes back on Newman Street.
5K Walkers and 5k Runners receive a t-shirt
Run event include awards after the races in a variety of sex and age divisions. Walk event awards to men & women.
Online & mail in DISCOUNTED EARLY REGISTRATION price of $25 until midnight July 6th. LATE REGISTRATION beginning July 7th-July 11th is $30. LAST MINUTE REGISTRATION July 12th at the Tawas Bay Beach Resort & 13th under the tent at the starting line is $33.
5K Run and Walkers - Starts at 9:00AM
Awards will be made immediately after (within 15-30 minutes) last runner/walker completes race.
