Come join us for the 2nd Annual Myrtle Beach Hot Chocolate Classic. We have lots of fun and exciting things planned for the entire family and an opportunity to raise funds for your school! Participating local schools (with minimum of 30 participants) will receive $1.00 per participant and additional donation if they have the most participants.

The Myrtle Beach Hot Chocolate Classic Run/Walk kicks off at 8:00am followed by the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 8:30am. Overall Awards and Age Group awards will be presented for the Classic. School staff are encouraged to participate in the Marshmallow Challenge.

• School Staff Marshmallow Challenge
• Earn $1.00 per participant for your local participating school (minimum of 30 participants)
• The top 3 Horry/Georgetown schools will receive a donation from race proceeds! Donation based on number of race participants

• Participant Medal-Classic
• Hot Chocolate Bar-both races
• Post race snacks-both races
• Long Sleeve Custom Designed Shirt (sizes and availability guaranteed if registered by Jan 8)

Race Info:

• Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Service animals as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a service animal must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
• Baby joggers, baby strollers, skate boards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc. as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a recognized device must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.

• Classic Run/Walk is a chip timed event beginning at 8:00am
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is an un-timed event beginning at 8:30am

• Friday, January 26 4:00-6:00pm at Native Sons (1519 Executive Avenue, MB)
• Saturday, January 27 7:00-7:45am near the start line
